    FIRST MEETING

    After submitting your enquiry via email, you will be asked to join a Zoom meeting at a day/time of your choice. During the call, you will meet Federica Bartolomei, Founder & Creative Director of Your Secret Tuscany. She will invite you to share and discuss your ideas, needs, and budget of the event. Then, she will give you a complete overview of the services Your Secret Tuscany can offer you to meet your requests and create the event of your dreams.

    BUDGETING

    Even for an exclusive event, budget is a key element to create a luxury experience that meets your expectations. That’s why before getting to the nitty-gritty of planning, we will work out your budget and its allocation. This will help us get on the right track and find the perfect venue and matching suppliers for your event. You deserve to see your money go where it is most important for you - and this is exactly what budgeting together will allow us to do.

    FINDING THE RIGHT VENUE AND SERVICES

    The choice of the venue is absolutely crucial to create a successful event. According to your needs and details such as number of guests, type of event you have in mind, the atmosphere you want to create, etc. your event planner will narrow down a list of venues that fit those criteria. Once you receive this list, the choice is entirely up to you and your preference. Once the venue is booked, we move towards the selection of services, which follows the same process.

    DESIGN AND PROJECT

    Once the venue has been booked, all our attention will be dedicated to the design. We will be working together collecting and sharing ideas. Once the event designer has have enough details and information, you will be offered:

    → a personalised colour palette for the event

    → a mood board

    → two 3D floor plans options to decide the layout of the lunch, dinner, or party you’re hosting

    Logistic is a core element to make sure that everything goes smoothly during the event and your entire stay!     Last but not least, on the day of the event, our staff will be at the venue to coordinate all the services and suppliers. We make sure that everything is in place and perfectly executed, so you won’t have to worry or stress about a thing! You will be able to enjoy your event and spend precious time with your guests. Our work finishes only when we see a beautiful smile on your face after the party is over.
