Finding the Perfect Wedding Venue
The venue is the crucial starting point of every wedding and Tuscany offers such a vast array. From locations for big multi-day celebrations to those for intimate luxury elopements, we have a huge database with all sorts of venues classified by style (elegant, country chic, villa, castle, rustic, etc.), price, capacity, location, and more. To narrow down the ones that fit your wedding needs we just need a few details from you!
Your Wedding Colours and Styling
Our project starts with creating a personalised wedding colour palette, based on your suggestions and favourite colours. We will pick specific shades and tones and match them together to assure they merge into a beautiful combination that will make your wedding as stylish and personal as it should be.
Together, we will also work on the design of your wedding by creating a mood board that reflects the right vibe, venue and styling. We will look at furniture options, lighting, table setting and everything that makes your wedding as unique and yours as possible.
3D Floor Plan
Then we will build for you a 3D floor plan to show you how the table setting or the ceremony setting will look like.
We look at different types of tables, placed in different shapes and we define which one fits your wedding style and mood best. We plan how the venue will comfortably accommodate your guests and we plan for flowers, lights and furniture - no detail is left to chance!

Rendering Service
As we’re planning for your special day, you might want to see how all your design and styling choices come together; thanks to our Rendering (or Custom Digital Illustrations) Service, our team will create a digital preview that will help you make sure you love everything about your event.
These illustrations will show you what the ceremony will look like, how the venue will transform once it’s decorated, the floral arrangements within the space and so much more.

Our work starts with planning and putting in place all the steps that make the creation of your event possible.
Planning usually starts one year before your wedding, but depending on your needs and requests, this might take longer or shorter.

Some would spend more on flowers and others more on food, some would have an amazing band and others would be happy to see their money spent on a fabulous venue.
